Every hour you give
makes Willard
magical.
We are the parent-teacher organization at Frances E. Willard Elementary. Bingo nights, book fairs, the Fall Festival, teacher grants, the Mega Ofrenda — all of it runs on families who show up. Most roles take two hours or less.
THREE WAYS TO PITCH IN

What last year looked like
Family Bingo Night filled the yard. The Mega Ofrenda ran for three weeks. Teachers got classroom supplies without dipping into their own pockets. Every dollar the PTO raises stays at Willard.
New to Willard?
Start at the Meet & Greet on August 21. Our table is by the front gate — we will sign you up for the newsletter, hand you a calendar, and answer anything. Membership is $10 a family and no one is turned away.
The Willard PTO
A volunteer group of parents, guardians, and staff at Frances E. Willard Elementary in Long Beach. We raise money, run the events families remember, and back up our teachers.

Give to Willard
Every dollar stays in this building. Our board votes on where it goes at open meetings, and the treasurer reports the balance every month.
Where it goes
Popcorn, cookie, and bubble fundraisers cover a good part of the year. The annual fund covers the rest.
Your email app is open with your pledge. Send it and our treasurer will reply with payment options and a receipt for your records.
Choose an amount
Nothing is charged here. We reply with payment options, or drop cash or a check at the office — 1055 Freeman Ave.
Board & committees
Elected each spring, all volunteers, all Willard parents and guardians. Every committee can use another person.

COMMITTEES
Chairs get a binder, last year's notes, and the chair who did it before on speed dial. You do not need experience.
Wear the purple
Orders close October 16, before Spirit Week. Proceeds go straight to the annual fund.
Reserving emails us your request — we reply with sizes in stock and how to pay. Cash or check at the office works too. Need a shirt for a student who cannot pay? Say so and we will handle it quietly.
Good things to know
